I created the West Side Square Retail Deck to support leasing efforts for the retail component of a new purpose-built rental community in the Marion District of New Jersey. I developed the brand messaging, content structure, and visual direction to clearly communicate the project’s focus on walkability, convenience, and community.

By shaping both the strategy and the design, the deck became a focused and effective tool that helped potential tenants quickly understand the opportunity and envision themselves in the space. Since launch, it has attracted interest from a major grocer, regional cafés, a daycare, and multiple fitness operators, supporting the project’s goal of becoming an active neighbourhood hub.
